Landmark sound is a subsidiary of Golden Root Collective LLC.

Emerging as one of the Cream City’s premier recording studios, Landmark Sound began in 2018 in the bedroom of one of the founders as a jam space and a meeting place for artists at University of Milwaukee Wisconsin. A few more apartments and 2 office buildings later, the collective has found its long term home at 316 N Milwaukee in the heart of Milwaukee’s Third Ward.

In our suite you’ll find rooms built to suit single vocalists up to live 4-6 piece bands, professional mixing/mastering, and including surround sound from 5.1 up to Dolby Atmos. The team’s collective experience includes documentaries, short films, podcasts, videos and social media content in as well as music
